The focus of the firm is advice and support  concerning disputes with professionals. This may include:-

• court proceedings concerning professional negligence, dishonesty and/or fraud
• claims for compensation via professional bodies and ombudsman schemes
• disciplinary proceedings acting for either complainant or professional.

Independence means that the firm can provide advice about sensitive disputes which may involve professionals or others within the usual network or locality of the individual or business concerned. Many clients are from outside the Gloucestershire area, where we are based, providing confidence in both neutrality and independence.

Katy Manley is the founder of the practice. She has been at the forefront of this emerging niche specialist area of practice. She was instrumental in the creation of the national network of like minded legal representatives who are members of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (‘PNLA’).
